Article 1
1. Mission
1.1 To be One Family, One Heart

2. Vision
2.1 To promote a "Family" oriented fraternity that
encompasses the goal of "No Pressure, No Bullshit" as our Motto.

3. Code of Ethics
3.1 Maintain positive public relations with all
contacts through example.
3.2 Conduct all LWR activities in a manner that
will leave us above reproach.
3.3 Conduct all LWR business under the name:
“Lone Wolf Riders”
Article 4
4. The Council
4.1 The “Council” is
the governing body of the LWR and is comprised of the Officers and the Elders.
4.2 Disbursements require one signature of the Council.
Article 5
5. Membership
5.1 New
Members must be sponsored by a current Member in good standing. LWR SGTatARMS will
approve or decline all requests for new Members.
5.2 Sponsoring Member is
accountable for all actions of new Member while on probation.
5.3 New
Members must serve a 6 month probation after acceptance.
5.4 Final
Acceptance of new Members will be determined by the LWR Council at the end of
the probationary period. At this time, dues must be paid in full.
Article 6
6. Election Exceptions
6.1 The Elder Wolves are the
only members exempt from the election process. They will retain their respective
office until they resign.

7. Election Process
7.1
Announcement of an open office will be made on the LWR Forum and by e-mail to
Members. Nominations for each available office will remain open for 7 days.
7.2 Each nominee must accept or decline the nomination.
7.3 All elected
officers will serve a minimum three year term.
7.4 Elections will be held in March.
Article 8
8. Meetings, Votes and Quorums
8.1 Members will be
given 90 days notice before the annual meeting. All other business will be
conducted on the LWR Forum.
8.2 Votes will be conducted as a poll on the LWR
Forum and remain open for 10 days.
8.3 Members will be notified 7 days prior
to a vote being posted on the Forum.
8.4 Any member may request a vote. The
request must be made specifically detailing the purpose of the vote and posted
on the LWR Forum. The Council will review the request and act upon its merits.
8.5 A quorum consists of a simple majority of voting Members.
Article 9
9. Discipline
9.1 The Membership can remove any
Officer. Any Member may write to the Council with a request for removal by
supplying specific details for review. The Elder Wolves are exempt from removal.
9.2 Any Member who fails to pay his/her dues will have their LWR Forum and
voting privileges suspended until paid in full.
9.3 Any Member or Officer in
violation of the Bylaws can be suspended or removed by a vote of the Membership.
9.4 Any Member removed will not receive reimbursement for dues paid. Removal
constitutes forfeiture of all dues and monies paid.
9.5 Disciplinary action
shall consist of:
1st offense – suspension of access to the website and
suspension of voting rights for 30 days.
2nd offense –
removal.
